What does "research use only" mean?
All Renova Research products are intended strictly for laboratory research and identification purposes only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. See the Research Use Only page for the full statement.
Who can purchase your products?
Products are supplied exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories, and purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. An account is required before any product or price is shown, and every order records the buyer's declared research purpose at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Our catalogue and pricing are available to registered researchers only, so you'll need to be signed in to view products or check out. Registration is free and instant — enter your email and we send a one-click sign-in link. There's no password to remember.
Are products tested for purity?
Yes. Every batch is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before fulfillment. Identity, purity, and content are verified for each lot, and the actual lot, test date, and result are published on the product page.
How do I see a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Every lot's certificate is published in the COA library, searchable by compound, lot number, or CAS number. COAs are also linked from each product page. If you need a certificate for a lot that isn't shown, email team@renovaresearch.com and we will send it to you.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same day. Orders placed after that go out the following day. Once the parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and the destination. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $200 ship free, and include a complimentary 10ml bacteriostatic water vial. Orders under $200 are charged a flat $15.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our hosted checkout. Where offered at checkout, selected pay-direct methods carry a small discount for saving us processing fees. If a payment method you need isn't shown, email team@renovaresearch.com.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once an order ships. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, before shipment. See the Refunds Policy for full details.
What situations qualify for refunds or replacements?
Orders that arrive with the wrong item, a damaged vial, or a lot that tests below its stated purity. Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant, and we'll review it. See the Refunds Policy for the full terms.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized vials should be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within standard laboratory peptide-handling timeframes. Storage conditions for each compound are listed in the specifications on its product page.
How do I get a discount?
Orders of $200 or more ship free and include a complimentary 10ml bacteriostatic water vial. Buying multiple vials earns an automatic volume discount — 5% at 2 vials, 10% at 3, 15% at 5 or more — applied at checkout with no code needed. You also earn 1 point per $1 spent; 100 points is $5 off, redeemable at the cart.
