Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• ·Debit and credit cards — processed securely on our payment provider's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• ·Zelle — sent directly from your bank's app to our business Zelle Tag.
• ·Cash App — sent to our verified $cashtag, or by scanning the payment QR code shown after checkout.
• ·Cryptocurrency — sent to the wallet address shown after checkout, where enabled.

Because Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency payments save us card processing and chargeback costs, orders paid with these methods receive a 5% discount, applied automatically at checkout.

2. When Payment Is Due

Payment is due at the time you place your order.

• ·Card orders — are authorized and charged immediately through our payment provider. Your order enters processing once payment is confirmed.
• ·Zelle, Cash App, and crypto orders — are reserved when you place them and ship only after we receive and confirm your payment. Follow the on-screen instructions and include the order reference shown so we can match your payment quickly.

Orders awaiting a Zelle, Cash App, or crypto payment that is not received within a reasonable time may be cancelled, and any reserved inventory released. If you have trouble completing a payment, contact us at team@renovaresearch.com and we will help.

3. Billing Descriptor

Card charges from us appear on your statement as RENOVA RESEARCH. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at team@renovaresearch.com before disputing it so we can identify the order for you. See our Refund Policy for how we handle disputes and chargebacks.

4. Pricing and Order Acceptance

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even after it has been placed, and to issue a full refund. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; your order is not binding until it is accepted and confirmed by Renova Research. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment verification failures, or compliance concerns.

5. Taxes

Prices shown do not include any sales, use, or similar taxes. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Where tax is not collected by us, you are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Payment Security

Card payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card number or security code on our systems. For Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency payments, you transact directly through those services; we receive only the confirmation and reference needed to match your payment to your order. Always verify that the recipient details match Renova Research before sending a payment.
