Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed or shipped. We stand behind every order and resolve legitimate problems quickly — the policy below explains how.

Eligibility. Refunds, replacements, or order corrections are reviewed for issues such as fulfillment errors, items damaged in transit, incorrect items, or orders that do not arrive. Claims based on the performance or results of a research compound are not eligible, as products are sold for laboratory research use only.

Claim window. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a package that never arrives) at team@renovaresearch.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging.

Review. We may request photos, order details, or tracking information before approving a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Before you file a dispute or chargeback, please contact us first. Almost every issue — a delayed package, a damaged vial, a wrong item — is resolved faster by emailing team@renovaresearch.com than by opening a bank dispute. We respond within 24 hours. Charges from us appear on your statement as RENOVA RESEARCH; if you do not recognize a charge, reach out before disputing and we will identify the order for you.
